Answer : allows most products to be returned for a refund within 30 days of the received postmarked date. We'll refund your payment when received the back. Additional deductions for all refunds will be made depending on current market value.

Answer : 
1)Is the product defective?
Please report to us the details of the broken reason postmarked within 30 calendar days of delivery. And the best way is sending us a picture or video, so that we can resolve your problem ASAP. We will judge that if or not it is necessary for you to return the broken one to us. In that case we will send a new product to you, Or you can choose to exchange to the other products, Or you can choose to get a full refund. We will judge to send coupon code to your next order for making up your loss.
*Definition of delivery date: for EMS/DHL/UPS and some registered airmail packages, the delivery date is displayed on the courier's tracking site. For orders that do not have online delivery dates provided by the courier, the delivery date is assumed to be 23 calendar days after shipment.
